We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Admin Supervisor to join our professional team in Swale Minor Injury Units, working across Sittingbourne and Sheppey sites.
We're a close team but we're never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.
We are able to be flexible with your working hours however the unit is open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm. You would not be expected to work weekends., You will be supporting the clinical team with administrative duties to enable safe effective delivery of the service.
You will support the clinical team during shift to assist with patient enquiries, telephone and email demands, compiling agendas, minute taking and distribution of minutes.
We are looking for someone who is professionally mature, confident, competent, problem solving admin supervisor with excellent communication skills and good knowledge and previous experience of various IT systems.
