Full Job Description

  • To complete employee and contractor onboarding and inductions;

  • Maintain all training documents and records;

  • Responsible for reporting any contract compliance issues;

  • All general office duties including, filing, scanning, ordering and upkeep of supplies;

  • Document control and management;

  • Undertake accurate data entry;

  • Manage all accommodation and travel requirements;

  • Implement, monitor and maintain compliance with any policies including safety.

    Are you looking for a friendly environment that supports teamwork and good communication and processes?, General office and administration experience;

  • Proficient Word, Excel and Outlook experience;

  • Friendly and approachable with good communication skills;

  • Easy to get along with and work well within a small team environment;

  • Able to pass a full medical / Drug and Alcohol Screen if required.
