Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Patient and Family Support Team in a part-time Assistant Administrative role. You will be required to work twenty hours a week (days and times to be discussed at interview).

You will have administrative experience as detailed on our job description and person specification.

The Patient and Family Support Service is a multi-skilled, professional, supportive team who look forward to welcoming a new member. The team has expanded its reach and workload and are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Assistant Administrator to support them in this process., Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Patient & Family Support Department

Ensuring excellent customer service is demonstrated by timely responses or escalation of queries as appropriate

Complete a range of admin tasks, including scheduling appointments, adding information in Raisers Edge, taking notes in meetings, answer phones and oversee the logistics of the PFS Office

To collate statistics/reports for Bereavement Support Services when required, The Patient and Family Support Service is a multi-skilled, professional, supportive team which is comprised of Counsellors, Social Workers, Chaplain / Spiritual Lead and Bereavement Support Volunteers. The team is rapidly expanding its reach and work load and are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Assistant Administrator, to support them in this process.
