Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with other accounting tasks., Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Verify discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze financial information and reports
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
- Experience with Workday is advantageous
