Image Factory is a leader in “Point of Sale” print production and fulfilment, working with retail companies to provide print solutions for POS and window displays


A Project Manager is required to be part of the high paced print Customer Service team. The candidate must be confident, energetic and with a good level of knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially excel. Experience in a customer service background as well as print would be useful but not required, competitive salary, pension scheme and many other company benefits.


A Project/Account Manager is responsible for his/hers associated accounts and ensuring the campaign/project/customer orders received from those accounts are managed through the complete process to meet the requested delivery date.


The Project/Account Managers key responsibilities are:

1.      The day-to-day planning and managing of their associated customers requirements related to their specific order/campaign.

2.      To maintain a high quality of service through effective communications with both employees and clients to resolve; the customers production needs, and deliver on customer requirements to maintain customer satisfaction with Image Factory as a trusted supplier.

3.      To ensure all related components to each individual campaign/order are obtained and presented to the production department in good time to meet the clients deadlines.

4.      To ensure the accuracy of processed work and ensure there is an understanding of the requirements from all staff.

5.      Ensure effective retention of all customers’ files and records that arrive for current and future business requirements.

 

The Project/Account Manager is expected to:

a.      Plan and organise their own daily work schedule and prioritise jobs according to workload and, when necessary, reorganise to meet deadline changes and updates.

b.      Ensure all work is effectively managed; follow order entry standards, procedures and appropriate systems for tracking completion and meeting quality requirements.

c.      Approve jobs and specifications, assist with estimating when required and assure the pricing accuracy of all job bags.

d.      Maintain production control records and proactively provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and any relevant issues.

e.      Work collegiately and professionally with Directors, other managers and staff in the company to secure and retain business for Image Factory.

f.       Attend any production and other meetings when required to do so.

g.      Covering for other Project /Account Manager colleagues as required.

 

Project/Account Manager Skills and Experience:

A Project/Account Manager is required to have good experience and skills, be an effective self-starter, have excellent technical expertise, product knowledge, team working and development skills, be good at problem solving and dispute resolution, have good internal and external communications skills.


Knowledge and Qualifications;

·      Minimum of five GCSEs

·      Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of Tharstern, CRM, MSWord processing, Outlook and Excel spreadsheet software.

·      Good mathematical skills.

·      Able to apply written instructions to equipment set-up and maintenance.

·      Previous experience of Customer Service
