We are looking for a Director of Property Services who will manage a team of 22 professional property staff that are involved in the whole breadth of church property. The team manages some property directly (parsonages, closed churches and halls, glebe and provincial properties) and provides guidance and help to those that manage other property (churches, church halls, churchyards and parish property).

The team works in three main areas of specialism

Secular property: Parsonage and glebe Ecclesiastical Property: closed churches, church support Support: Bishop's houses, St Padarns Institute, specific building projects, administration, property legal services

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years' experience of general practice work. They should be able to demonstrate experience of building and managing a high performing team of professional staff and developing staff in their roles.
