Full Job Description

35 hours per week (flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as required), As the Strategic Manager you will work to provide leadership, support, expertise, and direction bringing local organisations, decision-makers, and women with lived experience together to drive forward improved outcomes for women and develop and embed a sustainable Whole Systems Approach (WSA) working across Wales.

You will work closely with our partners across South Wales and North Wales to drive forward partnerships, co-location, development of women centres and women centre hubs, forge new relationships with agencies as to improve the offer for women who are in or at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system- with the wider aim of supporting sustainability of women centres and gaining by-in for join up of services which are women focussed and trauma-informed.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women's Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).

Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
