Vehicle Leasing Co-ordinator

The main purpose of the role will be to: -

· Handle leasing enquiries into the department for our main funders

· Utilise systems / software / portals for the Management of Vehicles and enquiries

· Ensure all vehicle preparation is carried out to the expected standard

· Liaise with funders, internal colleagues, preparation centres, manufacturers and end users in order to successfully deliver a great experience for all of our stakeholders

· Utilise Manufacturer and Dealership Systems to record information

· Maintaining the high standards expected by the Fleet Department

· Ad hoc driving / administration duties

Based out of our own PDI centre in Bromsgrove, our highly experienced and award winning leasing team work across our manufacturer portfolio to support a huge number of fleet and leasing deals. Arbury, is a family owned, multi-award winning, multi franchise dealer group, Head Quartered in Bromsgrove.

Your usual place of work is at Arbury Leasing, PDI Centre, Bromsgrove.

We can accommodate working from home for this role, but to maintain the cohesion and camaraderie of the department it would be limited to a maximum of 2 days per week.
