Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team.

Ideally you will have experience of running a shift, medication administration, working with GP's and District Nurses, and experience of maintaining care records, but we are also keen to talk to you if you have a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and are looking to move to the next stage in your care career. We can help you achieve this goal.

As a company we are hugely supportive of our staff: we pride ourselves on our high-quality training plan which includes lots of Face-to-Face courses and developmental opportunities through to Dip 7. You will have regular, recorded and protected 1:1 supervision with your line manager and you will receive peer to peer support from colleagues.
