Summer Camp Leader

Ensure venue is set up and cleared up daily

- Manage camp teams

- Signing children and parents in and out
- Plan and implement age-appropriate games, crafts, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively

Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills to manage staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact with campers, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Experience dealing with first aid

- Experience dealing with safeguarding,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Nursery: 2 years (required)


• Childcare: 2 years (required)


• Management: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
