Full Job Description

Reporting into the SEO Lead, the SEO Specialist will be responsible for supporting colleagues in the delivery of resource planning, strategy setting, business planning and the execution of SEO projects and initiatives, in addition to being a point of contact and SEO champion for other functions and business areas to provide support and subject matter expertise.

The SEO Specialist will work across the team to contribute to the delivery of business outcomes.

What you'll be doing…

  • Carry out technical SEO tasks such as finding and fixing crawl errors, Core Web Vitals improvements, canonical issues, cannibalisation, redirect chains, etc…

  • Partakes in the content production process, through keyword research and gap analysis, with an understanding of customer journeys to create helpful content with the in-house agency.

  • Performs data analysis to glean actionable insights from Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and more.

  • Utilises internal linking and anchor text to optimise search equity flow throughout the owned domains.

  • Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.

  • Collaborates with senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using sales/client systems and protocols.

  • Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan.

  • At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

    Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.

  • Salary range for this role start's at £37,200, and exact salary will differ by job and experience
