Senior Designer / Creative Lead

The role will oversee the management and delivery of all creative campaign elements, from planning to design and delivery. The role's primary function is to work across several different campaigns at once and provide all contracted elements of design/creative. This can vary from client to client, and an expansive knowledge of design platforms is key for business operations.,

• Creating content for clients using brand guidelines to be used as part of contracted media campaigns. Media will include web banners, newsletter adverts, social media assets, and HTML emails, but they are not limited to.


• Creating digital brochures using platforms such as Flipping Book.


• Creating activation/stand assets such as stretch backdrops, pull-up banners, tablecloths, gamification branding, etc.


• Creating wraps for promotional vehicles such as company vehicles and activation vehicles.


• Creating literature for clients to print, such as flyers and posters.


• Creation of newsletter assets via MailChimp


• To work alongside the Junior Design Executive on campaigns to deliver the best possible outcomes for the client.


• Design mocks for potential activations and events.


• Any other requirements of the role as the business evolves.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferable)


- A good understanding of the graphic design-related programs in Adobe Creative Suite. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required, InDesign preferable. (Essential)

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and other web design technologies (Desirable)

- Experience designing digital media, print media or real-world media, such as stands, POS, vehicles, etc. (Essential)

- To be able to quickly adapt designs to work across a variety of media types and formats. (Essential)

- To be able to build strong and trusting relationships with clients through a 'leave it to us' attitude. (Essential)

- Good time management skills with the ability to work to client deadlines (Essential)

- Proactive work ethic to grow business opportunities (Essential)

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment (Essential)

- An understanding of Adobe After Effects for animating assets. (Desirable)

- A good knowledge of current design and marketing trends. (Desirable)

- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role (Desirable)

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail (Essential)

- Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to stakeholders (Essential),

BAM Agency is a small business; there will be times when we all need to cross over workload requirements and support other sectors within the industry. When workloads are high, we compensate through lieu days. When workloads are lower, we expect all team members to help with other tasks and duties within the business that are outside the scope of your role but within your capabilities and cover complementary and transferable skills. The Agency Manager will manage tasks when workloads lower.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
