We are an exciting and dynamic family business and due to rapid sales expansion, we are now recruiting for an "Internal Sales Account Manager / Trader"

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join a fast-growing business based in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

Role:

To manage and grow a territory of existing customers, increasing sales growth and profitability. Targeting, converting, and building key relationships with prospective accounts by selling the company's extensive fresh / frozen seafood product range and services.

Duties will include:

  • Account management of existing accounts by proactively seeking ways to increase sales and margin.

  • Identify, target, and convert prospect leads, new markets, down trading, and dormant customers into new accounts.

  • To make outgoing and take incoming phone calls from both existing and prospective customers.

  • To be able to identify and action trends from computer generated reports and statistics.

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and matching customer needs.

  • Effective management of call diaries and communication, ensuring full customer contact.

  • Processing orders directly and efficiently onto the system at time of capture.

  • Ensuring efficient set up and maintenance of all account data and information.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail by using all the customer information.

  • Manage the achievement of regularly set marketing and promotional activity.

  • General office / admin duties.

    The right candidate must have at least 3 years sales B2B experience, preferably within seafood / food service industry., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
