Full Job Description

Stoke by Nayland Resort is an award-winning company looking for a Sales Executive with a Golf focus to join its growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for Golf sales within the Resort. We are looking for a pragmatic individual who can build guest relationships and keep calm in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to build relationships to produce successful sales.

The successful candidate will:

  • Achieve Golf Breaks sales budget

  • Produce regular Golf business forecasts and sales reports

  • Meet clients, as requested, to discuss arrangements and invite clients to view facilities

  • Liaise with third-party agencies to co-ordinate bookings and identify sales opportunities

  • Be the first point of contact for all Golf Break enquiries

  • Liaise with the Revenue Manager to set up Golf Break rate plans

  • Work closely with all departments to maximise service opportunities

  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets

  • Make feedback calls post-event for possible rebooking

  • Deliver against Key Performance Indicators

  • Work with the Sales Team towards achieving the overall sales budget

  • This role is contracted for 40 hours per week, working across 7 days on a rota basis.
