Full Job Description

We wish to appoint an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead, to implement robust safeguarding and child protection policies, procedures and practices. You will manage the safeguarding team to ensure that an effective and robust safeguarding service is provided. The post holder will provide professional advice and support on safeguarding matters to staff and students, as well as liaising and meeting with external bodies, and delivering training., Hylands School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and their achievements both inside and outside school. This post requires enhanced DBS clearance and two satisfactory references.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
