Restaurant Supervisor

CaterCater are looking for a friendly, well presented Restaurant Supervisor to join their team at Airtanker, RAF Brize Norton in Carterton.

8am - 4pm // Monday - Friday

Based at the Airtanker, Staff Restaurant you will be responsible for...

• Serving our customers with a smile


• Assisting the Chef Manager by supervising our small team on site


• Food prep


• A small amount of simple cooking


• Holiday relief when main chef is off


• Helping to keep shelves and fridges well stocked


• Liaising with our customers to gain feedback


• Dealing with any complaints that may arise


• Assisting the Chef Manager with HACCP & COSHH


• Using the till


• Keeping the café area and back of house clean and tidy


This is a small team providing great food and hospitality to staff on site.


• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)


• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)


• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
