Full Job Description
- Work collaboratively as a team member to provide young people with various activities, support, care, and guidance using a positive parenting model.
- Follow guidance from the Team Leader and senior colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing structure and appropriate boundaries for the young people in their care.
- Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, accommodating changes to the rota at short notice.
- Ensure that all risks are safely managed following company policies and procedures.
- Undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package.
- Act as an advocate for the young person using a positive parenting model.
- Attend staff meetings and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the service model.
