Full Job Description
- Provide leadership and management to a diverse residential care team.
- Promote and facilitate the healthy development of children and young people.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
- Implement consistent practices in line with regulatory standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations and responsibility for Ofsted requirements and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
The Opportunity: Are you an Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to step up? Do you have a passion for providing excellent care to children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the team and lead a Children's Home. Dual home management might be possible for an individual with experience and who can demonstrate they capable., Previous experience managing children's homes. - Ideally obtained 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted grades previously.
- Relevant professional qualifications, ideally level 5.
- Manual driving license and enhanced DBS required.
