Full Job Description

QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Implement the Quality Management System, quality methods and processes at Fawley.

Work 12-hour day shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off, and operate as part of the Fawley team, supporting Group Lead & Operatives to achieve agreed quality standards.

To resolve errors, you will monitor and execute in-process inspection and educate the Fawley team.

  • Documenting evidence of walk down inspection within QDA (Quality Data Analysis) inspection plans and iAuditor systems
  • Raise, case handle and coordinate non-conformance issues in SAP NCR for issues raised at Fawley
  • Report quality performance to identify critical issues, helping to prioritise improvement projects.
  • Work as part of the wider team to identify defect root causes, containment, and corrective actions as part of our continuous quality improvement activities
  • Involved in the ISO 9001 audits, project certification and Customer inspection activities
  • Be involved in internal audits, where necessary
  • Review of blade status and documentation completion to customers
