Full Job Description

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining our quality management system, and driving continuous improvement in quality practices across the organisation., The role of Quality Assurance Manager is crucial in ensuring that our products and the service we provide to our customers, meet consistent standards and adhere to quality requirements. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance for the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Developing and maintaining an internal audit program covering regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address issues and gaps identified.

  • Updating and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Monitoring non-conformities and developing strategies for improvement based on data insights.

  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries related to quality and coordinating completion of customer questionnaires.

  • Lead in the preparation and follow-up of customer audits and resolve customer complaints through root cause investigations.

    The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional, who will act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline).

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or a regulated industry.

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
