Physiotherapist

We are a long established clinic with a constant steady flow of new clients allowing you to build your list quickly. We are looking for 1 new full time physiotherapist to join our busy thriving team of 4 physiotherapists and 1 senior sports therapist.

SUPPORT & MENTORING
You will have access to internal and external training sources. You will have a 4 week induction period. Three of these weeks will be client free for you to learn how we work, time to grow your confidence with assessment and treatment skills and when prescribing treatment plans. You will have 1:1 teaching with the clinic owner and group training in our weekly clinical training sessions.

You will have weekly 1:1 mentoring by the clinic owner, time in your diary to observe other therapists work and learn from them and team training is weekly as is our team meeting.

We will train you to use shockwave therapy and EMS Full Body Training.

We are based an hour on the train from London in the seaside City of Southend-on-Sea in Essex.

You must also be someone who loves to learn as we are a team who are always looking for ways to improve the service that we give to our lovely clients.

Are you a happy and self motivated Chartered Physiotherapist but realising your work life since you qualified is not quite as you thought it would be?, You'll enjoy coming to work. You won't be left on your own. You will have a support network of other therapists, admin team and supportive clinic manager and owner who want to help you grow and be successful., You must hold a BSc(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered. Having a qualification in Pilates and or Acupuncture/Dry Needling would be an advantage but not an absolute must.,

Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
