Part time Salaried GP

Crown Medical Practice are a high achieving, expanding practice seeking an enthusiastic and committed new member to join our Clinical team for 2 to 6 sessions per week. This will be a salaried position initially with a view to becoming a partner., To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract and adhering to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team. We require an organised and pro-active GP to join our busy team.

Crown Medical Practice is a long-established practice in Tamworth with our main surgery based at Tamworth Health Centre and our branch surgery at Stonydelph Health Centre. We currently have a list size of just under 9000 patients. We are an accredited research practice currently taking part in several projects.

Crown Medical Practice consists of 2 GP partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 3 ACP/ANPs, 2 Specialist Paramedic Practitioners, a Clinical Pharmacist, 4 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs (one of which is training to be a Nurse Associate), 2 GP Assistants and an ever expanding administration team. One of our partners is the Clinical Lead for our PCN and we work collaboratively with practices in the area to provide an excellent patient experience.

The Partners are committed to supporting all staff employed by the practice and encourage them to develop their roles through training and mentoring. Crown Medical Practice consistently achieves excellent ratings in the National Patient Survey with the majority of patients rating their overall satisfaction with the practice as good or better.
