In this 12-month FTC role, you will collaborate closely with the Admin team, Operational field teams, accounts, and other relevant departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As the Operational Administrator, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, contributing to the seamless execution of tasks and projects across multiple departments.

Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining a high level of service excellence that aligns with our client's commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Provide contract support to both customers and colleagues

  • Engage with suppliers to support the resolution of service failures as they arise and updating colleagues as required

  • Ensure escalation of any pending issue to ISS Management within the SLA agreement

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers

  • Collate and input information into relevant reporting system (CAFM database's)

  • Create and maintaining business reports / records of activity / databases

  • Research company databases, live or archived reports

  • Follow up on requests for support

  • Prepare documents to send to internal teams and/or external customers

  • Write and edit company correspondence

  • Coordinate and manage group mailboxes

  • Ensures the safety and wellbeing of themselves, their team and colleagues

  • Demonstrate the ability to monitor and respond to short term work volume variations and ensure team functions are covered to meet the demand

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good organisational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
