Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their early childhood development.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a group of children in the nursery
- Drive the implementation of age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Plan and organize daily routines, including meals, nap times, and outdoor play
- Monitor and record children's progress, behavior, and development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education is preferred
- Experience working with children aged [specific age range] is desirable
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children, Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

- Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines and activities effectively,
- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
