LILS / RK / AK Personal Assistants Required - Rufford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of personal assistants to provide support to a young 18-year-old man with cerebral palsy, living in the family home.

Various hours are available to cover evenings and weekends during term time; and days, evenings, and weekends during college holidays.
We are looking for a caring, proactive, and motivated individuals with a passion for supporting others, ideally someone with a good sense of humour and someone who is down to earth. Someone willing to support with all aspects of care. Ideally these people will be reliable, consistent, and fun!

Previous experience is desirable; however full training will be provided. A positive attitude and good work ethic is also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required with insurance for work purposes.

There are part-time positions available, with an hourly rate of £16.00 plus 5.6 weeks (pro rata) paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
