Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a confident Lettings Team Member to join our vibrant University Quarter Letting Team in Hull. Working with the Lettings Team, the chosen candidate will be involved with a wide range of tasks including student lettings and day to day management of the accommodation.
Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- To assist the team to ensure full occupancy levels for each academic year
- Book-in lettings enquiries and convert leads
- To provide a high standard of customer service to tenants
- To maintain and develop excellent relations with our tenants
- To promote and contribute to the company culture.
Enthusiastic sales-oriented individual - Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage own work-load
- Ability to work within a team
- Experience in the student sector is desirable but not required
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Social Media skills
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Lettings: 2 years (preferred)
University Quarter are a nationwide student accommodation provider covering several major cities in the North of England.
£12,500 - £13,000 a year - Permanent, Part-time, Job Types: Part-time, Permanent - Casual dress
- On-site parking
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
Hours: 20 Hours per week. Shift patterns to be agreed at interview, flexibility to complete hours during office hours of Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
Works to include some Saturdays during busy periods.
