Full Job Description

We have an exceptional team of talented people with a customer list that demonstrates how brilliant our products are (Greggs, Northumberland County Council, the Met Office and DFS to name but a few.).

Our mission is to provide faster, fairer and better recruitment for all.

We are proud to shout about our newest accolade in 2024 for 'Best Enterprise ATS' won at the IHR Supplier Awards. We've also worked hard to achieve ISO27001 accreditation.

What we can offer

A great salary (£36,000 to £39,000) & some brilliant benefits;

  • Hybrid working.

  • We will set you up with what you need to allow you to work from home, in the office- or both!

  • Matched pension contributions, up to 7.5% with the opportunity for you to pay in even more if you wish.

  • 28 days' holiday with Bank Holidays on top.

  • For 2024, Summer Half Day Friday's.

  • Westfield Cash Plan.

  • Parental leave policies.

  • Group Income Protection Insurance.

  • Project Management specific courses.

  • The interview process.

If you are lucky to be selected for the next step in the process, we will send you a short (one-way) video interview asking you to answer a couple of questions that are relevant to the role.

Once we have reviewed your video interview, we will be in touch to let you know if we would like a face-to-face interview (the first one of two). Nothing too scary, it's more about getting to know each other and asking more detailed questions (and we encourage you to bring questions for us).

The final step (if successful) will involve you meeting the Head of our Project Delivery team and COO, who will have some final questions for you.

Tribepad is committed to treating each of our employees as a unique person. We will continually strive for diversity and equity ensuring you always have a sense of purpose and belonging during your career with us.

If you would like additional support with the recruitment process, please contact the People Manager at Tribepad.
