Required for a July or September 2024 start, we are seeking to appoint a Lead Administrator on a permanent basis to lead the day-to-day running of the administration function within the main Academy Office. The successful candidate will manage the well-established and supportive administration team, ensuring an efficient and effective administration service across the Academy.

This is an exciting and dynamic role where every day is different. The role would suit an individual who has a positive attitude and the ability to embrace change. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to motivate others and who embodies our Academy ethos of Opportunity, Belief and Aspiration.

One of these weeks will include the five Academy training days. The further two weeks will be worked in the school holiday periods as and where workload requires, to be agreed with your line manager. We are happy to discuss arrangements for contracted additional weeks with the successful candidate.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled administrator who is able to lead a small team. While previous line management experience is desirable, this is not essential - the role would suit an experienced team leader or someone who is new to leading and managing others, as support/training will be provided for the successful candidate.,

The Academy has continued to build on the successes of the last few years and achieved strong results at GCSE & A-Level in the summer.
