Full Job Description

What you will do in your working day
Making outbound calls to build a new customer base.
Addressing customer enquiries.
Resolving issues.
Performing data entry on our in-house CRM system.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients
The role requires no prior experience in telesales - we provide full training in-house. Once established, you'll take responsibility for your customer base, focusing on long-term development. In addition to telesales, this role involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administration qualification.,

  • Somebody who is a good verbal communicator who has a polite, clear and professional telephone manner.

  • Must have a good level of literacy skills.

  • IT literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.

  • Required to work to deadlines, with good time management.

  • Good numeracy skills.

  • Confident in using email and the internet.

  • The successful candidate will be organised.

  • Willing to work effectively in the team.

  • Strong verbal communication.

  • Emotionally intelligent.

  • Creative and Innovative, love of problem solving.

  • Enthusiastic person.

  • Flexible approach to work, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

  • Must be punctual as well as having a good attendance record.

  • Ability to work on own initiative, when required.

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • UK Driving Licence & Access to a Car (preferred)

    This is a Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship. You will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour
