Discover Impactful Work:
As an experienced IT Project Manager, you will assist the IT Program Manager in the management of several key projects within the Protein Diagnostics division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. This role will involve preparing status reports, keeping the project plans up to date, liaising with key business stakeholders, and following up on actions.

A day in the Life:
You will work with the Protein Diagnostics IT team to understand key business processes and ensure that all project tasks necessary to support the business projects are captured and planned for with the available resources and within the project timescales and budget.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important for working within a team and conveying information to key stakeholders.
EPPM is the program platform used within Thermo Fisher, so experience of EPPM would be an advantage. MS Project experience is also an advantage.EducationEducated to Bachelor's or Master's degree level preferably in computer science, or related field.
Experience5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management techniques, change management and communication is required for this role.Excellent attention to detail in project plan maintenance, task tracking, resource management are essential.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills are essential for working within a team and conveying information to key collaborators. Proficiency in project planning, time management, task management.The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work well in a team environment. Precise attention to detail is important for maintaining accurate plans, records and minutes.
