Full Job Description

As the HR Administrator you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employment life cycle with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding activities. Reporting into the HR Director (London based) you will be the key point of contact for HR Administration in the Manchester area.,

  • Support the recruitment process, liaising with candidates and line mangers ensuring all parties receive correct and clear communications

  • Updating HRIS systems, including recruitment and vetting databases

  • Ensuring all new starters are processed and enrolled onto our bespoke LMS

  • Support the Vetting Team with ad-hoc filing and administration

  • Oversee the HR mailbox, ensuring a timely response and escalation to the relevant department

  • Conduct periodic documentation renewals, including ID card management

  • Process employee telephone queries, ensuring all matters are recorded and escalated accordingly

  • Support various business meetings, including minute taking for employee relations and HR process meetings

    Previous experience working in a fast past business support/HR role

  • Previous experience conducting pre-employment checks

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards

  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills
