Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment.

To succeed in the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will need the following qualities and skills.

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • A can-do attitude

  • All guest amenities are monitored and in line with KPI's.

  • All linen is accounted for in line with KPI's.

  • Adherence to all COSHH guidelines and process

  • All public areas are maintained to the highest of standards.

  • Maintain high standards throughout hotel.

  • Always ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Display a 'hands on' approach maintaining the highest possible service standards.

  • Management of team on shift

  • To ensure all Health Safety obligations are complied with and relevant training takes place.

  • A great multitasker.

Due to open Spring 2024. This brand-new four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway central business district.
