Finance Assistant

1. Raising of regular, private patients and ad-hoc invoices. 2. Assist the department in achieving Better Payment Policy (BPP) targets by reviewing creditor report and liaising with authorisers, requisitioners and Accounts Payable to resolve any issues on a regular basis. 3. The post holder will participate in self development activities to develop their skills and competencies against identified learning needs. 4.The post holder will work towards achieving AAT qualification via the apprenticeship programme; attend any training events and complete the learning outcomes within the training programme. 5. Shadow team members, attend meetings and undertake learning opportunities. 6. Attend HFMA conferences and workshops and complete the e-learning modules to build a portfolio of evidence for the apprenticeship accreditation. 7.
