Estimator Solar Systems

Working as a key part of our Solar PV Design and Estimating team, the job holder will use AutoCAD and Absolute Solar estimating tools to deliver accurate PV designs, panel layouts, inverter layouts and schematics based upon our various clients' requirements., · Work with our Business Development Managers to deliver suitable designs in line with client needs and timelines.

- Identify customer requirements and obtain any missing information to support in producing accurate quotations.

· Design PV configurations that achieve the client's requirements within technology parameters

· Directly communicate with clients to identify solutions that enable us to meet their needs.

· Capture and document configurations to enable estimating and quote production.

· Deliver quotations by utilising information from designs, and your operational and technical understanding.

· Keep designs and quotations stored securely, and in line with internal requirements.

· Update and maintain our CRM systems.

· Prepare and produce drawing packs for use internally, and by our clients

· Ensure that a professional and courteous approach is adopted at all times.

· Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others.

· And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.

Qualified in AutoCAD software.

Methodical and precise in accuracy and detail.

Team player: being able ot work with a small dedicated team
