Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

We are looking for an experienced pro-active person with a proven track record to work within a busy sales team carrying out all aspects of Residential Sales including Market Appraisal's but not Sales Progression.

The successful person will have a positive can do mental attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our high reputation for honesty, service and excellent levels of communication. Opened in 1996, our office has a predominant market share within the town and has had for over 15 years. This has been achieved by offering a high level of service, being different to other agents, exceeding people's expectations and obtaining recommendations. We have won awards with ALLAGENTS and are the local representative for The Relocation Agent Network. We are a very sociable company and organise many non obligatory social events throughout the year, some even are overseas.,

• Estate Agency Sales: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence and your own car (required)
  
  £30,000 - £40,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Basic Salary: Competitive Basic Salary dependent on experience within the Estate Agency industry.


Commission: Percentage 5% of office sales income from day 1 which will increase by 50% once a figure (TBA) has been banked in your first Calendar year but will revert to the original level for the next January. The target for next year will be discussed and set during your end of year review.

Referrals generated and passed by you personally for Financial Services, Relocation Agent Network, Network Auctions, Conveyancing and Land and Development will be paid at a commission 20% of what the office receives.

Competitions: Internal competitions based on positive customer feedback are being run at the moment and you are entitled to participate in both.

Petrol: Mileage allowance is given.
