Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of Eco4 installation projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and possess strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and resources. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality installations while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and environmental standards.,

  • Lead the end-to-end project management process for Eco4 installation projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.

  • Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee installation activities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any changes to scope or requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and achieve higher levels of efficiency and sustainability.

    Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of eco-friendly technologies and practices, with a genuine passion for sustainability.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.

  • Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field would be advantageous.

  • Exceptional skills in IT applications and/or ability to pick up new systems quickly., Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
