You will be able to implement the highest standard of care delivery for students with a range of complex physical and learning disabilities. You will require the attributes to maintain and build on exemplary standards. You will be a self-motivated person with exceptional leadership skills and experienced in the Health or Social Care sector and hold a minimum relevant qualification at Level 4 plus RMA or a Level 5 in leadership and management, with proven management experience and ideally experience of working with people with complex disabilities.

HOURS OF WORK

Hours will primarily be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (day dependent on service need). 39 hours per week, 42 weeks a year (incl holiday entitlement). Although we would expect you to be able to work flexibly based on the organisational need.

You'll have first-class communication skills and be able to multi-task. Your people management skills will be exemplary, and you will have the motivation to develop your team, encouraging them to develop in their roles.
