Customer Compliance Technologist - Dual Location

We are looking to appoint a Customer Compliance Technologist to our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast developing and expanding market leading organisation. Reporting to our Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer requirements from specification / artwork through to queries / complaints, whilst ensuring relevant deadlines are adhered to.,

• Deliver customer specifications as required whilst ensuring compliance with all legal, food safety, quality and customer requirements. Responsible for managing the process and delivering right first time.


• Management and handling of customer queries, communications and approval documentation, to include the admin of maintaining customer systems.


• Co-ordinate artwork generation and approval ensuring the information present is accurate and compliant with legal requirement and customer codes of practice.


• Communication and support with key stakeholder in the introduction of products, or changes to current products.


• Assist in the sites recipe management system and change management process.


• Responsible for all FEI customer complaints to include; keeping accurate records, generating internal reports allocating required investigations to the relevant site, responding to customers and maintaining FEI group trending providing ongoing CPMU.


• Assistance in the completion of internal audits.


• Responsible for communication of customer alerts and changes to customer requirements, ensuring each site is aware of changes required.


• Sharing site learnings to promote multisite improvements.
  
  Desirable - proficiency in IT, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint products.


• Desirable - degree in food technology or similar.


• UK / EU Legal labelling training.


• Desirable internal audit training.


• Experience working with major retailer specification systems.


• Good verbal and written communication skills to support customer interaction, project management and business development activities.


• Effective time management skills.


• Experience working with Sage/SAP or similar software.


• Methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
