Full Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Compliance 360 division within adi Electrical. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building, and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals. This role requires an understanding of the electrical industry, strong communication and negotiation skills.,

  • To work closely with the Compliance 360 Sales Manager and in conjunction with other Group Companies and colleagues & to develop adi Group's opportunities

  • To achieve revenue and opportunity conversion aspirations in line with customer development plans

  • Develop strategic relationships to grow the Compliance 360 business as well as adi Group opportunities.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the electrical industry.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing and fostering new relationships.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into successful contracts.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, technologies, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
