Full Job Description

We are looking for aSloughCommunity Nursing Team Senior Administrator.As a Senior Administrator, you will support the Community Nursing servicetodeliver care to people in their own homes by providing effective administrative and secretarial support to the team.   • Support the effective operation of the Community Nursing Service by providing organisational, administrative, and secretarial support to the team.


  • Be the first port of call for any IT issues withindepartments


  • Liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, external organisations, and the public, dealing with confidential information inan appropriate manner.


  • Supervise the work of junior administrativestaff


  • Maintain an inventory of medical equipment held by the team, liaise with estates over the maintenance of medical devices and record training on medical devices asrequired


  • Plan and organise meetings and events which may be internal or external to the service, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. Attend designated meetings, taking and transcribingminutes
