Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Assist in the preparation of great food for our guests.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Assist with the proper storage of food and stock deliveries.
- To follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- To support the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- A flexible attitude to working hours, which will include evenings, weekends and the occasional breakfast shifts.
