Full Job Description

  • To develop a wide range of knowledge, skills and activities that can be applied in all areas of the business by implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services.

  • Support and engage with various parts of the organisation, in particular with the Sales and Marketing departments and interact with internal and external customers to add value, contributing to the efficiency of the business.

  • Be integral in providing the Regional Sales / Technical Manager(s) with sales and business development support, identifying potential growth areas and new clients.


  • Roles and Responsibilities;

    Business Administration
  • Work closely with the respective Regional Sales/ Technical Managers to progress project activities, input information and update existing and potential projects using Salesforce CRM system

  • Support Customer Service to produce and circulate monthly Sales forecasting and performance reports.


  • Business Development
  • Work closely with the respective Regional Sales/ Technical Managers to develop new Business leads and coordinate and assist to progress projects where required.

  • Assist by using publications and other research tools available to establish potential new business.

  • Pursue leads and contacts in conjunction with regional sales/ technical managers in order to generate appointments and project enquiries.

  • Support marketing activities assisting with mail shots / e-shots, Social Media posts and exhibitions to promote new business.

  • Promote and manage CPD bookings with appropriate attendee follow up.

  • Liaise with the Internal marketing team to ensure activities are focused in line with sales plans.

  • Assist internal Marketing Team working with outside organisations to promote company profile and information such as promotional videos, animations and other business development activities

  • Support the Approved Installation Contractor (AIC) selection, approval and monitoring process.

  • Support external site visit activities

  • Other duties as required to assist the development of potential business.

    Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4-9) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Essential
