Full Job Description

CDS are ideally be looking for someone who can support the management with a variety of tasks in their Fire Door/Passive Fire department including the following:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails

  • Arrange and schedule inspector visits with sites at appropriate times and correctly relay information to both parties

  • Prepare documents/reports to forward onto the customers portal for approval

  • Raise orders and invoices to our sub-contractors and customers


  • The training you will be getting

    Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

    Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.

    You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Administrative skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired
    GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade 4-9) Desired
