Full Job Description
- The Brand Ambassador will maintain our stores' standards by ensuring the displays are well stocked, neat and tidy.
- Customers should always be welcomed and looked after through a warm and friendly service.
- Responsible for baking and preparing the products, including drinks - milkshakes, coffee and other hot drinks.
- Support your team during busy times.
- You are an extension of the brand and therefore being presentable and showing exceptional customer service ensures that the brand reputation is kept.
- Professionally serve our customers till ensuring prompt, friendly, courteous and reliable assistance is provided.
- Pay attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Brand Ambassador's are expected to work a range of various shifts throughout the week.
- On average you can always expect to have a minimum of 40 hours on full time.
- We operate a clock in and clock out procedure, at the start and end of your day.
- Cleaning and ensuring the store standards are always kept well and adhering to brand guidelines.

2014 our Cardiff store was born, shortly followed by stores in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester in the UK and now we are going international.

We are an innovative and growing company who is looking for a Brand Ambassador/Retail Assistant for 15-25 hours/week, on a temporary, fixed term basis for Summer on a zero hour contract.
We place an emphasis on helping our employees acquire the experience and knowledge needed to progress up the ladder, most of our managers started as team members.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
