Bar Staff

Ava bar is a new and exciting music, food & drinks venue opening soon in Watford.
We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests
- Adhere to food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws

Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
- Hospitality mindset to ensure a positive customer experience
- Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently
