Bar Manager / Duty Manager

We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as Duty Manager at Soho. Bar Experience is essential for this role in addition to Cocktail knowledge. You will be working directly with the GM of the Venue overseeing the operation and staffing of Bar. We are part of a forward thinking locally owned Hospitality & Retail Group, with opportunities to progress within the business. If you are already a Bar Manager, we would also welcome your application or applications from those wishing to progress to Bar Manager.

Your main duties will include -
- Serving Customers & Building Rapport
- Upholding a Premium Experience and Training Staff
- Making & Creating Cocktails
- Stock Taking, General Ordering, Cellar Management & Organising
- Locking Up & Cashing Up
