Full Job Description

You will be well supported operationally by the Team Manager to enable you to thrive in your clinical role. You will also have the support from the highly experienced Psychiatrist based in the same office., As an NMP you will work closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Crisis team to demonstrate extensive clinical experience and knowledge to contribute to the MDT.

You will be able to manage complex cases autonomously as well as providing supervision and support to junior staff in the teamYour prescribing expertise will enable you to undertake assessments and prescribe independently within the team.

You will ensure excellent clinical standards are maintained within the team.

Effective team caseload management will be underpinned by robust and effective individual supervision and leadership of clinical meetings.

Our team have a passion for home treatment and least restrictive practice and think creatively to find solutions for the challenges that are associated with home treatment.

We are a busy Crisis team that covers the North of Bristol area. We are a motivated, friendly and supportive team that are passionate about delivering evidence based interventions to the service users in our community.
