Apprentice Structural Waterproofing Operative

Run in conjunction with the Property Care Association (PCA). Programme mixes visits to the PCA Training Centre alongside practical, in-house training. Support and mentoring from our in-house experienced operatives.

Successful completion of our apprentice scheme will provide industry accredited qualification - Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Sub-structure Work Occupations and automatic promotion within the company., A DBS check will need to carried out for this role

Construction site experience would be an advantage

Good Health & Safety awareness

Interest in buildings and how they are constructed

Full UK driving licence

Ability to problem-solve

Happy to take instruction

Excellent reliability, good work ethic and a cheerful positive attitude

Able to work in a team and as an individual

Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills
