Full Job Description

Due to continued growth in engineering apprenticeships and commercial courses, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and diligent Administrator, to provide efficient and friendly support as part of the sales or apprentice recruitment team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of post sale documents, helping to implement a CRM System, arrange interviews with potential apprentices and general office work.,

  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard of professionalism.

  • Schedule interviews

  • Collate Delegate numbers.

  • Maintain an organised system for keeping track of work load.

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration within the team you work with.

  • Take ownership of work and own diary., Please note - all successful applicants who have lived or traveled overseas for three months or more in the past 5 years will be requested to undertake an overseas check as part of the pre-employment checks.

    High quality organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A diligent and calm under pressure approach to work.

  • Must have excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.

  • Self-starter who is proactive and can work on own initiative.

  • Well organised and committed to meeting deadlines.

  • Have a welcoming telephone manner.

  • Full Driving licence.

    MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.

    An annual salary between £22,000 and £25,000 OTE dependent upon experience, is offered to the successful candidate, together with 25 days annual holiday, plus 8 statutory days, pension and private medical insurance.


  • Working Hours: Part Time, to be discussed with a 12:30 close on Fridays
