  • On occasion driving company vehicles, therefore a driving licence is required

  • An example of what you could be doing:
  • Engaging on a one to one level with each resident, this might be; completing a crossword together, communicating through the power of music or helping a resident to fold their laundry whilst having a chatter

  • Setting up smaller group activities, finding common interests amongst the residents, this might be; flower arranging, playing a game of cards or quite simply having a pie and a pint reminiscing about the old times

  • Hosting themed days and events, this might be; having a summer BBQ, or arranging a Christmas party

  • Community engagement, connecting the residents to the local community based on their hobbies, interests and needs. This might be; working with the local dementia friends club or finding a local historian to provide a talk at the home.

  • Access to Concerts for Carers

  • Competitive rates of pay

  • Company pension scheme

  • Blue Light Card discount scheme
